This is a painting by the wonderful Irish artist Simone Walsh. She kindly gave us permission to take her painting and turn it into an edible work. You can find out more, and I recommend you do, by following the link here.
Trish Kelly had the image printed off and Darren Geraghty was given the huge task of measuring it all out and cutting it into 50 pieces, this is due to the fact that I refused to and, seriously, do you blame me??
It was then given to Geraldine Arnold and posted out to the bakers and shakers and we were off.
