People talk a lot lately about Cake Boss and Ace of Cakes but
not a lot about 'home grown' talent. Here in Ireland we have some of the most
talented cakers you're likely to find anywhere in the world! I think this
fantastic collaboration speaks for itself. I was very proud to be asked to be
part of this project and hope it will be just a taste (hehe) of things to come!!
Tis me, Niamh, comer upper of idea and general witch to work with. You see that picture? The one on the green board? Yeah, well that was sent to me to try and make me panic. "This is as far as I've gotten Niamh". Didn't work. Okay, so it did for a minute but only a minute.
